We knocked off our TV Satellite dish on a tree coming into a driveway. I could not get up to fix it. So called Motorhome Repairs at Binsted Road as they were close and they responded quickly by actually answering their phone and giving me an appointment to come in and get it fixed. Jason who owns the place now, texted me with a confirmation of the time for the work, and then texted a reminder a day before, which was a Sunday.. Very efficient. And on the day when we were to take it in, we wanted to come early. No problem for Jason. Come in when you can. When we arrived he was there immediately to greet us. Whipped out a ladder. Evaluated the problem, fixed with some new screws to keep it in place, and done in less than 10 minutes for a very very reasonable price. Jason says he has just taken over at this business and he is trying hard to increase the business, although he has lots of work by the looks of his workshop, and more importantly, he is trying to improve the standard of service and the ratings for the business. Well you were more than impressive mate. Well done. I have tried dealing with two of our local RV specialists in the Wellington area and they have been pretty useless at even committing to a scheduled time to book in for a repair. We have one company in Upper Hutt and another in Plimmerton and although friendly enough they were not encouraging about booking times for me to take my motorhome in for some minor repairs. But Jason at Motorhome Repairs in Auckland was just excellent in his response to my problem when I called and has a quick and friendly and economical no nonsense approach. If I am ever up this way again and have time, I will use him for some other more major upgrade work. My recommendation....use Jason. Don't go anywhere else if you are looking for help with your RV or caravan or motorhome
